easy no bake greek loukoumades recipe: Honey Balls for Busy Families
A Greek-inspired no-bake dessert of tender honey, walnut, and cinnamon balls finished with a drizzle of honey, sesame seeds, and extra walnuts. These are inspired by the flavors of traditional loukoumades, which are normally fried yeast doughnuts.

Ingredients
1 1/2cupsgraham cracker crumbs180 g
1cupfinely chopped walnutsplus 2 tablespoons for topping (100 g plus 14 g)
Line a plate or small baking sheet with parchment paper. Add the graham cracker crumbs, 1 cup walnuts, dates, honey, tahini, orange juice, orange zest, cinnamon, and salt to a food processor.
Process, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed, until the mixture is finely ground and begins to clump together when pressed between your fingers. If it seems dry and crumbly, process in 1 more teaspoon orange juice at a time. If it is overly sticky, pulse in 1 tablespoon graham cracker crumbs at a time.
Scoop and roll the mixture into 16 balls, about 1 tablespoon each, placing them on the lined plate. If the mixture sticks to your hands, lightly dampen your hands with water.
Drizzle the balls with the remaining honey. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds and the reserved chopped walnuts.
Serve right away, or refrigerate for 15 to 20 minutes for a firmer texture.
